I like shopping on atticsalt.com overall, and the site is easy to use, so no big complaints there. The loyalty rewards do work, at least from what I’ve seen, but they add up kind of slowly. Like, maybe it’s just me, but it feels a little like the points are designed to keep you coming back without ever giving you too much back at once. Not saying there’s a secret rewards committee in a dark room or anything... but I wouldn’t be shocked. If you shop there often, it’s probably worth it, but for occasional buyers, the value isn’t amazing. Not bad, just feels like it could be better

I ordered this top online because it looked really cute in the photos, but when it showed up, the color was definitely darker than I thought it would be?? It’s still cute and I’ll wear it, just not exactly the shade I expected.

I wanted to like it, but most of the styles just felt kind of boring and limited. The site makes everything sound super curated and polished, but once I actually looked through the options, there wasn’t much I could see myself wearing.

I ordered a small gift from atticsalt.com and it showed up looking nice. I didn’t really have to fix it up or do much before giving it, which somehow made it feel more like an actual gift already. It was packed well and seemed ready enough for a birthday, so that was good. Easy overall, and I’d probably use them again when I’m short on time.

I ordered a couple shirts and a mug from Attic Salt and everything went smoothly. The site was easy to use, and checkout didn’t give me any problems at all, which is always a win lol.

Shipping was quicker than I expected, and everything showed up packed well. The shirts fit like I figured they would, so no complaints from me. I’d definitely order from them again tbh.

I do like the stuff on Attic Salt, honestly! But the customer service took longer to get back to me than I expected. They did answer my question eventually, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything... just not very quick. Overall, it felt average to me, not terrible, not amazing.

My order turned out fine in the end, but the tracking updates were confusing. I got the confirmation email, then basically nothing for a few days, so I had no idea if it had actually shipped or was just sitting there somewhere.
The package did arrive and everything was okay, so no major complaints there. I just think whoever runs this needs to make the shipping updates clearer and send them sooner, because the waiting around and guessing was a little frustrating.

I really wanted to like this, but it doesn’t feel worth the money to me. For the price, I expected a better overall experience. I did reach out to support, and their response was basically along the lines of “that’s just how it works” and “we’ll pass the feedback along,” which didn’t really help much. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say I’m happy with what I paid.

I tried to send an item back the whole process were way more annoying than it needed to be. Replies took forever, the instructions was confusing, and I just got tired of dealing with it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

I ordered a few things from Attic Salt, and the stuff was fine once it finally showed up. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. The delivery though, wow, it took way longer than they said it would. I kept checking the tracking, and it barely changed, which was annoying because I had no idea if it was even moving. Support basically just told me to wait, which, I mean, I was already doing that. Anyway, it’s not the worst place to shop, and the items were okay, but if you need something by a certain date, I probably wouldn’t risk it

Checkout was quick and everything went through smoothly. i always feel a little nervous when paying online, so it was a relief that there were no issues at all.

the fabric just feels really scratchy against my skin. It’s stiff too, so it ended up being uncomfortable to wear.

I ordered the same size more than once, but it fit differently each time, which was frustrating. I really wish the sizing info or instructions were clearer so it was easier to know what to expect before buying.

I tried placing an order twice, and both times the items I wanted showed as available, only to later turn out they weren’t. The site itself looks nice enough, but the inventory really needs to be kept more up to date. It ended up wasting my time, i just gave up

The staff made my visit such a pleasant one. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and genuinely helpful, and they helped me find what I needed without making me feel pressured at all.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because checkout took a little longer than I expected. It wasn’t a big deal though, and overall I left feeling happy with the experience. I’d definitely come back.

I don’t know, maybe I missed something, but the menu was really confusing to me. I kept looking around and just couldn’t figure out where anything was supposed to be.

I used the promo thinking it would make price more reasonable, but discount barely made any difference. Even after it was applied, it still felt overpriced to me, so the whole deal felt kinda pointless
